February theme is ANYTHING GOES W/OPTIONAL TWIST:  VALENTINE WHIMSY. 
For this card I used digi stamp My besties gnome. Background is made with Whimsy stencil and Distress Oxide.

    This card is magical, Vesna! That background is just so awesome. Reminds me of Neapolitan ice cream. That cute little gnome looks like she's waiting for her perfect Valentine.
